1. Returns & Refunds — What You Need to Know

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or return within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.

• Shrink-wrapped, sealed, or opened products may be accepted for refund/return only at our discretion for health & safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

   • Your order number

   • The product name

   • A brief reason for the return

2. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• We will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times vary by bank or payment provider).

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Or you received the wrong item

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and your order number. We will make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
